I am a graduate of Manchester Metropolitan University, England.

I have over twenty-five years of design and management experience,

in Creative Director, Vice President of Design and Senior Director of Design

and Development roles, working in the UK, Asia, Europe and the USA.

I have strong design, team leadership, communication, and people skills, with a proven ability to inspire and manage a diverse group of people across the globe, and across business disciplines. I am able to translate between "business-minded" people and "Creatives" to clearly articulate and communicate objectives to execute to the business strategy.

To create products and branded materials with recognizable DNA that builds a cohesive brand presence through a recognizable aesthetic, which resonates with the consumer and reinforces brand values and attributes.
